We accept most major credit or debit cards, with the
exception of American Express and Diners. All Credit/Debit Card Payments taken from this site are 100% secure thorough our site and no money is deducted until we check stock and make sure your order can be fulfilled in a reasonable time. Payment can also be
made over the telephone, by cheque or by cash. We can
also send you a PayPal Invoice if requested. All orders
will not be released until we have cleared funds. All
products supplied by Sussex Parties Ltd, remain the property
of Sussex Parties Ltd until full payment is received.

heavy packages will be weighted exactly and you will be advised of any additional cost before
we take payment. Or if you are close to us, you are welcome to Collect from our Shop in Horsham @ Unit 2 Blatchford Close, Horsham, Sussex, RH13 5RG. Any person wishing to purchase 1 or 2 items, may
ask for a postal discount when we ring to confirm your
order. Worldwide postage is available any where in the
world, and we will ring or email to confirm the amount,
after the order has been weighted. We aim to charge
overseas parcels at the correct postage rate, thus
keeping the prices according to you personal order.
Delivery service.
Almost all our items are generally in stock and we like
to promise, subject to stock, that you will have your purchases within 2 to
3 working days for all UK Deliveries. This will be confirmed by our sales
staff, when they ring or email to confirm your order details. All our packets or parcels are sent out
either by Royal
Mail or on a next day delivery with our courier. We offer a worldwide postal service, but
countries outside the United Kingdom will be subject to
a surcharge, as listed. This will be calculated before we confirm
your order.

General Information.
Information collected by us over the years will be
limited to use by Sussex Parties Ltd in accordance with the

Customer Care
Sussex Parties Ltd Management and Staff are solely committed
to the entire satisfaction of our customers. We have
built our reputation on the high level of our duty of
care. Any issues relating to sales and after care are
dealt with quickly and efficiently by our highly trained
and experienced staff.
Returns Policy.
You have
the right to cancel your order at any time before goods
are delivered to you for any reason. We will refund you
in full within 30 days of cancellation
Under
the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000, you also have the right to cancel your order
within 7 days of receipt of your goods, without giving a
reason. The customer has the right to either return the
goods themselves or request us to collect the goods. If
the customer requests us to collect the goods, the cost
of collecting the goods will be deducted from the
refund. All products must be returned with their
original packing and intact. The refund will be made
within 30 days of the cancellation date. The 7 day
cancellation period for each product begins the day
after the day of delivery of that product. All
cancellations must be received in writing either by
e-mail, fax or letter to our Head Office. Our Head
office address is: Unit 2, Blatchford Close, Horsham, West Sussex,
RH13 5RG. Reliance on a telephone conversation is not
sufficient.
If you wish to return the goods more than
7 working days after we have delivered the goods to you,
you must not have used them and must have kept them in
the condition they were delivered. You must return them
to us, at your cost. There will be an additional
administration charge of 25% of the purchase price of
the goods returned.
We will reimburse any amounts you have
paid to us within 30 days of cancellation, having
deducted any return costs and administration fee if
applicable.
Please note, special orders may be liable
to an increased handling charge if they must be
returned.
This guarantee is in addition to any
warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in
these terms affects your statutory rights.
